I recently purchased a Sapphire r9 280x Dual X OC, and one of the fans on it is a bit weak, I'm just wondering if there are any reccomended replacement fans or a whole new cooler available, or what do you folks reccomend

You can try eBay and finding a replacement cooler, though who knows how good they can be.

Another option is trying to find an Accellero Xtreme III which cools these cards very well. However, they're discontinued and were quite expensive.

Last option is as the above poster stated - try to RMA the card so you can get one with a working fan.

You could either RMA the card, or you could wait until a waterblock is released for it and buy that. I would personally RMA the card because whatever waterblock you will buy will be out of stock and expensive. Most waterblocks only fit a reference design PCB, I would assume. But rather than risk voiding the warranty on the card by replacing cooling features on the card with new ones, I would just RMA the card from the get go.
