there is no real problem yet but i orderd a pc with the aerocool strike x i just now read on various forums that the aerocool is crap what does that mean exactly.

my build.

intelcore 5
gtx760
8ram
1TB

i do not plan to oveclock my videocard.

Cheap components, may not deliver stable power, may deliver significantly less than its stated wattage before experiencing problems, capacitors usually fail eventually, generally prone to dying before its time.

Send that stick of poo back or cancel it if you still can.

so what have if dont return it beceause i cant i my pc is just gaming. it was that or the tacens mars gaming for 50 dollars the aerocool strike x 800 watt was a 100 bucks but will it not run my rig.

I mean it'll run...just remember the blow up potential is higher for your PSU than plenty others. Heck anything in the tier 3 list would be better. The EVGA B series is cheap. Or tier 2 with the XFX TS series or Seasonic M12.

are you saying my pc would explode from playing a game. i coul only choose between a tacens mars gaming 800 watt power supply or an aerocool strike x 800 watt dont ask why i dont over clock.

i have an intel core i5 and gtx 760 8 gb ram 1tb aerocool v92.

The PSU could fail if it cant handle the load your computer is putting on it. All I have to do is a quick google search to find explosion pictures from the exact PSU you have. It is what it is...cheap junk.

I live in morocco but everythin here is expesive junk so i went to spain to buy a gaming pc they have good stuff but they realy lack a good psu. there the store owner told that the aerocool strike x 800 is the best they have. its only for gaming. i know its not best psu but i am hoping its decent enough to run my build without any problems.

and is the corsair platinum ax8601 850 watt good and will it fit in an aerocoolvs92 computer case
