Is this PC good enough to play most games on the highest setting? I also included small things that are going with it. When you read it, it will be obvious I'm using iBuyPower.com. I am completely unexperienced concerning this.

I would check what PSU they are offering. Like what brand is it, and as stated above, it should be at least 80+ bronze certified.

Personally, I would rather have this. It has better parts (including the 290x), an SSD, and a touchscreen monitor. I personally own this monitor and absolutely love it. Is says that it is not LED on PCPartspicker, but that is wrong, it does have LED Backlight. If you look at the specs on Newegg, they are accurate and show that it does support LED. And again, I also own it and can verify that it does have LED.
