SanDisk Cruze Glide 16gb will not allow me access to the file's ( contacts, inbox, ect ... ) in my Outlook Express 6 to back up . Seems to work ok with My Documents, Favorites, ect.. What gives ? It only shows .dll when you choose Outlook . Os is XP SP3 . Cruzer shows up as "Removal " Drive . Thanks for your help .

Try going into properties on the drive and changing the permissions to give your user account and admin account full access to the drive.
