As of yesterday, I updated to the latest version of driver. Now I go to boot up my PC, and after the windows logo the screens go black. I uninstall and erase the driver (in safe mode), and my computer works fine off of onboard graphics. Even when try to revert to my previous driver version, the same problem occurs. Is my card effed? Do I need a new one?

Download DDU and the Nvidia driver. Run DDU (Select the Nvidia option and allow the safe mode reboot) and then reinstall your GPU driver.
