I can't seem to get the temp down. I have tried resetting the heatsink and fan. I have tried new thermal paste. Please help.

I know 80 degrees is not normal. and randomly in loading screens the cpu with reach 100% and the game will freeze until it catches itself.

I know my processor is a dual core potato.

Here are specs: http://imgur.com/a/cWrxj

The Thermal Margin hovers from 50 to 65.

Those are excellent idle thermals. That would put the core temp around 20C to 30C.

Thanks man! I'm taking a "wild guess" and saying the rest of my problems are because I am using a dual potato. I can't wait till Christmas and splurge on new parts!

Yeah, could be. The A4-6300 is in the same league as the old Athlon X2 6400 for gaming: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
But you might have too much running in the background when Win7 starts. Keep as little as possible running in your Tray when you game. Disable or uninstall whatever you can. All that stuff steals clock cycles and resources.
Give CCleaner a run and do the Clean and Registry portions both. It might free up resources by removing registry errors, junk files, and software conflicts. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
