So I left my PC on downloading some games in steam, some time after I noticed that my monitor will go black, not that black when the power saver activates but that shiny black when there is no signal coming through, after some time and pressing ctrl + alt + del the signal came back and all was normal, steam download were downloading (they didn't stop).
I used msi afterburner to check cpu levels as I recently overclocked it so I kinda assumed that was the reason, I was surprised to see that the cpu usage levels was at 99 and then it all went down to 23 aprox which is weird cause steam was the only open program.
I was wondering if restore the cpu clock speed to stock will fix this so if you suggest I can I decide to give it a hit.
by the way I am not an PC expert, the pc was made by a local store which so far have been doing their work good until now I see, so if you can be specific with help I will really appreaciatte that.
this is my rig.

16G RAM MUSHKIN
ASUS DIRECT CU 780 TI SLI X 2
