have a Toshiba laptop witch a friend brought to me because he can't seem to do anything with it. Don't know what's in it either. I would like to know if there is a way to find the info on this computer without opening it up, so a can download the proper drivers for it. i'm trying to install win 7 and keep getting message " need masse storage driver " witch I never head of . Someone please help.
