Best 1440p monitor for the value

I am looking into getting a 1440p monitor for gaming, but I have no Idea what to look for. My budget is around 350, but I'm all for saving money, keep in mind I like inexpensive, but not cheap, I'll pay a little extra for quality.

Here are my specs:

I5 4690k
Asus z97-a
G.Skill Ripjaws 8gb
Nzxt phantom
Samsung 840 256gb SSD
WD blue 1tb
Asus STRIX gtx 970
XSPC ray storm rs240 kit
XFX pro 750w

A lot of the monitors out there use the same panels, it's the supporting hardware components, enclosure and stand quality and customer service that sets them apart. You buy a cheap POS like Qnix and IF you get a good unit, you're ok. If not, and dead pixels or bleeding are present, good luck getting it replaced. And there will be unless you get lucky.
