AMD Athlon II X2 270 Compatible With Gtx 660 ti?

I'm looking to upgrade my video card and I don't know if the AMD Athlon II 270 will support a Gtx 660 ti. Also, will it bottleneck, and if so, is it worth the upgrade from my current GeForce 8600 gts?

I'd suggest the x4 955 for your current socket, but if you can afford a new mobo, be sure to check out intel's offerings.

an i5-2500k is plenty for gaming, but if you want to stick to AMD or if you're in a budget you can get the FX6300 but amd is limited with upgrade options so I suggest the i5 if you're planning to upgrade to a higher end cpu.
