Just changed power suppply and graphics card now I get a diskboot failure and Im unsure on what to do I believe to have everyt

Just changed power supply and graphics card (first time doing such a thing) and now i get a disk boot failure and im usure on how to fix it and google wasnt much help

Im also not really educated on the inside componets on a computer , but I do know that I plugged in the power supply correctly and i was told to navigate BIOS to check if the motherboard was damaged ( i assumed that was the f10 press at the start of me turning the pc on ) and I was unsure of how to tell if it was damaged
