I have a i7 4790k with a h110 cooling it with 2 noctua nf-a14 pwm fans. my idle is around 36 degrees when my room is only around 20-23 degrees. I have re applied the themal paste numerous times and have tried changing the direction of the radiator fans and nothing makes a large difference. i currently have my radiator as an intake and my system is slightly positive pressure. any ideas as to why it is idling so high, is this just normal for such a high performance cpu.
