My family has bought 2 PC's from CyberPowerPC, each one looks beautiful so I give them Props on that, but do they use legit parts from manufactiorors or are these stuff they just throw together or what because the parts that they give me seem really cheap. I added up the cost of my pc on PCPartpicker and compared it to the price they charged me and it was only about a $100 differance. Their is no way that a company like them would be able to profit and expand the way cyberpower does with this little profit. This leads me to believe that they are using cheap/used parts and claiming that they are the real deal.

I have no idea if this is true or not and hope some people can clear this up for me and if I should buy from them again.

its able to be done cheaper because they buy the parts brand new wholesale from the manufacturers meaning what you pay $150 for costs them about $110 ... they make about a 20% profit on pc's they build.

Ok so they get parts, cheaper. As far as we are all aware though they use the same components and quality products that come with the parts if we were to order them ourselves? Im just worried that they are skimping out on us.

no they arent however some places like walmart sell lesser quality pc's as in a dell from walmart is not as good as one from dell. they have dell make them ones that are more limited as far as upgradability. this is not the case with cyberpower unless its bought through walmart.

I wouldn't be too concerned with it provided things are working fine. I highly doubt they are using old parts either.

Generally you can't tell at a glance if a part is "crappy" or not. You'd have to know the exact model number (such as the motherboard) then Google to see what the reliability is.
