Hello community.

A friend asked me for help to build a cheap desktop pc to use for regular things like web browsing, music, watching video etc. No games. So I was thinking of something basic with onboard graphics. I haven't really followed the amd apu stuff so I'd like to ask if its something like the intel hd that you get with some intel cpu's. If so, what do you think of something like this?

Or is he better of getting an i3 with intel hd? budget is around 400-500, preferably in the lower range. Windows and monitor are both needed and therefore included.

Thanks
