I am running a Fatal1ty H97 performance socket 1150 and a AMD R9 270 x but having issues with a program crashing when using gpu accelleration(Vegas pro13) and also if I try and watch a finished video file I get intermittment interference /freezing when playing through the media player. I have been trying to find out what is causing this. Does anyone know if I should have diasabled the inbuilt graphics on the motherboard ? Could this be the issue as the fault code that comes up is an points towards the amd driver which is the latest version( 14.9 ) :
fault module c:\ windows\system32\amdoc164.dll
fault address 0x0007FED749e866
Thanks

Solution
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

Thanks Alan, As this is a brand new PC and has only had the latest driver from AMD installed previously do you think could make a differnce ?(ie it has not had any other dirvers installed previously) I've noticed AMD have just launched a beta driver and was thinking of trying but the things they say it fixes don't relate to my issue/fault code. Mine only happen when GPU accelleration is enabled in the software(vegas) but the software and the R9 270x card and PC spec should be perfect for the intended use hence my original question about the motherboard
