my pc has 6gb ram nvidia gt610 2gb but when i run battlefield 4 everything is blurry

Which video output do you use? DVI? DSub? HDMI?
If DSub - will be always blur.
If DVI with DVI-DSub adapter - will be always blur
If HDMI with HDMI-DSub adapter - will be always blur.
P.S. Try to use clear DVI or HDMI channels.
P.P.S. Some monitors on specific (not native) resolutions may be blur.

well, maybe it's because of several reasons aside from what was already mentioned.
one, probably the settings are set to LOW. a gt610 will not be able to handle the game properly hence the low setting. another is, low resolution, if it was set to this, then, it will be blurry because of the non-native resolution.
