So everytime I try to overclock my Fx-6300 I always get boot fails and such
But one other attempt I ((think)) I successfully overclocked my CPU because everything booted and worked, I was running 4.1ghz (I knew this through CPU-ID) temps were fine, etc, but I put my pc to sleep for an hour and got back to it, everything failed again, I've tried fiddling around with the Vcore voltage, NB voltage, etc.
I just want to know the steps on how to OC my Fx-6300 CPU to 4.1GHz safely and properly.(what appropiate voltages, etc)
I also have tried bumping up the voltage, trying to change the DRAM frequency but couldnt set it to my appropiate ram MHZ(1600, DDR3), etc
MOBO: Asrock 970 Extreme3
