About GT630 compatibility

Hey guys...Im planning to buy a GT630 to replace my old graphics card my question is:

1. Is it compatible with my pc? Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 x2 dual core 4200+
RAm: 3gb DDR2
PSU: 600w (ordinary psu)
Videocard im using: GeForce 9400 GT

2. Can i have a stable 60fps on League of Legends at high or atleast medium settings?

btw idk what is the version of my PCI-e but i bought this pc on 2009. XD

compatible: yes (basically you need a board with pci-e and a gpu with pci-e)
stable fps, not sure since i do not play that game. but a 630 is not really that powerful,
for the pci-e version, it does not matter for a 630 (it is too slow to saturate the bandwidth of pci-e)

Hey thanks for the response...can you suggest a videocard thats around 80$ or if there is better card but not in my budget suggest it. I think i can add a little :)
