I am making a gaming computer(I live in Australia), I want to be able to run every day tasks including recording videos and live streaming on twitch. As well as running games on good settings with good frames games like, Dayz , Rust , battlefield and new games being released. The case i am considering getting is a NZXT H440 Mid Tower Case Black/Blue. My price range is $1200 (Au if possible) the parts i need are

Non Oc build has a much better GPU than the OC one but the OC one has a better motherboard and processor.
