**UPDATED**

I have installed fresh windows 7 so the CPU Blue screen error has gone.
I run Windows 7 Home premium 64bit
But still I have that ram issue only. RAM only works in b1,b2 slots if I put it in A1 or ,a2 it shows dr debug code 55.
I tired putting both rams in b1,b2 it boots great but in system it only shows 4gb.
Even single ram in b1or b2 slots works fine that means my another ram is compatible and works great.
I have 4gbx2.

G.Skill 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3 1333MHz Desktop RAM (F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT)
and the new ram i bought - G.Skill NT DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-1600C11S-4GNT) - G.Skill

Here are some pictures from bios system browser as it detects both rams.

Please refer to the images.

Even in CUPID Cpu-Z it detects 8GB of RAM - http://i59.tinypic.com/2ug2m54.png

Are the two sticks of ram different? Can you provide the exact specifications of each as it appears on the stickers on the RAM?

Have you tried booting with only one of the two RAM sticks? Try both, one at a time. Also try the stick in different slots.

In Task manager, click on "show tasks form all users" and see if that shows what's killing your CPU.

You can look in the UEFI if there are some tweakable parameters and what it reports it sees of your memory?

Run MEMTEST for several passes and see if you get any errors.

Remove all extraneous components, such as your graphics card, see if that makes a difference.

You could try and re-install Windows?

Edit: Actually, before you do that, create a bootable copy of Linux - Linux Mint or Zorin comes to mind, and see if you can boot from that (CD or USB stick) and have the machine stay up.

Yes the two RAM are different -
G.Skill 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3 1333MHz Desktop RAM (F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT)
G.Skill NT DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-1600C11S-4GNT) - G.Skill

Yes I have tired both RAM sticks individually it boots fine but don't know why after windows login the CPU usage is 100% even in Safe Mode it gives Blue Screen error after sometime.
I will find in task manager and will revert you back.
Don't know why memory sticks only work in B1,B2 but if I put it in A1,A2 my mobo displays Dr.Debug error code "55" which means "Memory not installed"
I tried Memory test and the results were OK.

Sorry but I don't know that Linux trick.
btw thanks for the help.

Can you tell me how to look in the UEFI and check tweakable parameters..

Hey guys !

I have tried everything but didn't worked, so now I installed fresh windows but still same RAM problem.

I have 4gbx2 G.Skill ram, with both ram inserted into B2 and B1 slot, the system boots fine but when I go to My Computer>Properties it shows 4 GB ram but in Bios there it shows the image of my motherboard and installed components there I can see both RAM sticks but in Main tab it shows "Single RAM channel mode"

If I put RAM in A1 or A2 it displays Dr. Debug code "55" that means "RAM not installed" .

Please help me find a sloution

Are you running a 32-bit Windows operating system? That would account for Windows only showing 4GB of RAM.

As for the rest, I repeat my suggestion of testing with an alternate OS such as a copy of Linux on a DVD or USB drive - you don't install it, you simply boot off the removable media - instructions are on the websites for both Mint and Zorin.

It would also appear that either you are having issues correctly installing the RAM in slots A1/A2 or your motherboard has serious issues.

Finally you have not yet confirmed that by looking at "all users" in Task Manager you can see the process that uses 100% CPU. Which has to be something incredible, since it has to multi-task over 4 cores to achieve that.

I would also never recommend mixing RAM as you are doing. However, usually the results of doing so can be removed by removing one of the offending sticks of RAM.

No I had never Over Clocked my CPU , after fresh install the temps are normal and I have even tried playing Black Ops 2 the temp were fine.

make sure you carefully seat both ram sticks into the corresponding memory slots and push the hold down pins down?

I do install them properly but when I put them in corresponding memory slots the system won't boot and displays 55 Dr debug code and if I put them in B1 and B2 slots the computer boots perfect with only working one ram stick.

but how can the ram be dead ? I have tried single ram and both ram sticks works perfect.
The problem is that I can run ram in B1,B2 slots only and if I put one RAM stick in B1 and another in B2 , in BIOS it shows two ram installed -

even in CPUZ is shows me 8 GB http://i59.tinypic.com/2ug2m54.png , but in system it shows only 4GB ..
I think there will be a way to Enable Dual Memory Mode in ASRock Mobo or any driver should be installed ?
