Here's what I was planning to buy:
Chasis: Fractal Arc Mini R2 (Windowed)
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G1.Sniper M5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance PRO 8GB
GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD)
SSD: Intel 530 (120GB)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black (1TB)
PSU: Corsair RM650
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i

Monitor: BenQ RL2455HM
Keyboard: Corsair Vengeance K70
Mouse: Corsair Vengeance M95

Solution
Not a bad build,I would change to the 4690K,since it's easier to OC,and to a Z97 board.
Also, don't get the RM Corsair PSUs. Yes,they are quality PSUs,but they are overpriced. An EVGA G2 750/850W is a perfect match considering you would like to SLI in the future. If not,a 650W PSU from Antec,Seasonic,XFX is going to be enough.550W from the same manufacturers if you're not planning to overclock/SLI.
Save a bit on the RAM by getting some G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB 1600 MHz RAM.
I would also suggest the BenQ GL2460HM monitor,my personal favourite, you don't have to get if you don't like it.
Other parts look good. ;)

Thanks! I would be taking advantage of the power efficiency of the Maxwell to overclock.

In that case, I agree with LukaBoki. If you have some money left over, you could look into the new Samsung 850 SSD. It has a few good review so far and I'm using it in my build.
