Thanks guys i really appreciate your help and what motherboard do you recomend then plus thanx for the gtx i didn't want to dual my graphics cards but i seen the performance diffrence

What 4GB? The build I gave you has 8GB of RAM.
The Enthoo Pro is the best case for the money, these is NO better case for that price point or any price point,if we're gonna be honest.
The Enthoo Pro is my personal favourite, but you can go with the 760T,it won't harm you,but it's much more expensive.
If you're going for aesthetics, the 760T is clearly the winner.
