I want to know something about gtx 650

Hy guys ! I'm new here and i want to ask something
I have a PSU FLOSTON 500w with
3.3v:20a
+5v:26a
+12v:20a
+5vsb:2.5a
-12v:0.8 a
Can this PSU handle a gtx 650 non ti 1gb ddr5?

Its probably of dubious quality. I wouldn't risk my system with a cheap PSU.

Yea i know my psu sucks but i don't have the money right now so i'm asking if this gpu can work with my psu so that later i can change my psu ASAP

your PSU only provides 240w of usable power on the 12v rail.

20A x 12v = 240w.

Assuming its not a new unit, capacitor aging would have reduced that by a few watts.

Now units that overrate by 260w should NEVER be trusted, I am sure if the temps get a bit high, it could not even pull a 150w build.

REPLACE it, or risk losing more than just the PSU.

Your PSU really is just a 240W unit; 12V x 20A = 240W

Might as well give it a try. If power is insufficient your PC might perform poorly or not boot up at all.

+5Vsb 2.5 A
is this good for my sistem?

Because that PSU only has 24A on 2 different 12v rails.

So that means that power is split between the 2 rails.

So 1 psu with 1 rail but with 28a and 80% efficienty or quad rail with 18/18/18/18?

Here is a list of PSU by quality, stick to a unit around 450W from Tier1, tier2a, tier 2b, and if you REALLY have to, tier 3.
