My case fans have a molex looking connection and my motherboard has only one 4 pin fan header. All the rest are 3.

Solution
If the fans have a molex connector, you'll have to plug into the PSU directly using the Molex daisy chain connector that comes with your PSU.

If not, you can plug them into the PWM connectors on your mobo using Molex-PWM adapters.

Sorry to dig this thread up again, but...

I have 4 pin molex fans and my new motherboard has 4 slots for fans that are also 4 pin, but they're small.

Can you get converters from the large 4 pin model to the mini 4 pins so I can plug straight into my motherboard? I'm struggling to find them.

As far as I know, the only real way to control the speed of Molex case fans is with a fan controller, like this.

Your best bet would probably be (in my opinion) to buy some new 3 or 4-pin case fans. There are TONS of different kinds, but if I had to suggest some it would be Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition fans, like these.

You could also get them in 140mm if you want to, but those are great for fans. I have 4 of the SP120 fans for my Rig, I bought the "SP120s" instead of the AF120s because I use them on my watercooled CPU and GPU's radiators.

SP = Static Air Pressure (more pressure to blow air through somewhat restrictive radiators)
AF= Air Flow (better for case fans)

The "Quiet Editions" of those fans are your best bet. They really are super quiet.
