Upgrading my GPU

I need to upgrade my GPU GTX 550TI

So I don't know what to choose between these two GPUs

The EVGA has pretty nasty coil whine and the MSI card overclocks quite nicely

Hey, check this out gigabyte gt970 g1 gaming better performance than reference gt970 otherwise MSI is good opt. (Mostly chosen) but this gigabyte card has outstanding performance evga has some cooling issues with 970
