Looking for best graphics card under INR 10k for these.

(Accordingly please suggest me PSU/SMPS too.)

> Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4GHz (may overclock it later on based on need with help from this forum of course!)

If you can afford to get a bit better, go with this.

If not, the 650ti is the faster card here. If money is an issue, try searching for a used HD 5850 or 5870. The 5850 is just a little better than the 7770 and the 5870 is a bit faster than the 260x.

I believe the Seasonic Eco 600w is available to you. I would go with that.
