So, i was playing on Counter Strike one day. My sister came in the room and fell on my table, the table shook and my PC took a bang on the cabinet on the wall.
I went mental, I restarted my PC and loaded up Counter Strike to find I was getting around 40-100 FPS (For CS-GO this is incredibly laggy). I just wanted to know what has gone wrong so I can address this issue

P.S I was getting 200-300 Fps before hand.

something may have been knocked loose. perhaps the cpu cooler. i would try re-seating it with some new thermal paste. or you can download any program similar to realtemp to monitor your cpu temps. depending on what cpu you have, you'd probably be able to tell if it's getting too hot. http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/

yeah just make sure nothing was knocked loose from the bump. check your temps, as the cpu may be overheating and causing your fps to drop from thermal throttling (which is a safety feature built into cpus to keep them from destroying themselves)
