whats the cheapest motherboard that also supports mini tower and 1 2.2 slot graphics card (r9 290 tri-x)

cooler master 344 its a mini tower and i already need to remove my hdd cage to fit it in my R9 290 so i dont have alot of space also i want seidon 120m cooler on my cpu

well i am overcloking since the amd cpu are great overclockers and i do not have a big budget so minimal as possible (the sweat spot not the best but also not the worst ) but also i only need a motherboard the cpu i want to hold (only a motherboard)

AMD on micro atx with a FX 8350 is not good. The quality on the micro atx is not that great and is bad for overclocking. You really want Intel when going smaller than ATX.
You going have to give up overclocking and go to Intel really for a micro atx build.
