I had my comp build put on here to get people's opinion ( http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2343687/thoughts-computer-build.html ) and someone mentioned that the CPU Intel Core i5-4590 that I picked could not be OC'd and that the CPU Intel Core i5-4670K could be.
I was under the assumption that the boost clock for the 4590 was an "OC" and that the Intel CPUs had some block where they couldn't be OC'd.
Can someone please clarify if all CPUs can be OC'd or how to determine which can be?
