No, the PSU won't cut it. You'd need at least a quality 450w unit, preferably 500w. 430w may be enough but not with a CX-series PSU, you'll burn it out in no time.

Also, there's no point whatsoever in getting an APU if you're also getting a dedicated graphics card. Unless you already have the APU of course.
