Asus A88X Pro Setting up internal USB 2.0 procedure

I just recently purchased the Asus A88X Pro and Im interested in installing from the internal USB 2.0 connections a Card Reader/ USB for my front panel of my case and also an addional rear panel that supports 2 USB connections! Is a procedure I should follow to properly install them both and particular Bios settings I need to set to reconize them both! This is an amazing board and the last thing Iwant to happen is me cause damage to the board! I have to apologize due to 2 previous brain surgeries have to at times ask for help at times! So I would be gratfull for any assistance from someone that is familiar with this Asus A88X Pro! I would be gratefull for any help especially with the proper settings in the Bios! It appears in the manual to be plug and play and the bios settings for USB are all enabled for all 2.0 connections just trying to make sure Im not missing any procedure?

LOL Illl keep that in mind! I appreciate your time and your sence of humor! Just look over me asking what seeming like stupid questions but unfortunatly due to my brain surgery its created a problem where my abiity to think at times makes me question myself sometimes and I dont have the money to waste to smoke a computer! Thanks again Bill
