Okay so I'm pretty disgusted right now.
After sending my Corsair K70 keyboard (£100) back to Corsair, they have been spending over a week and a half with the keyboard and are ignoring my ticket, I had it shipped 2 weeks and 3 days ago and they haven't shipped my replacement back to me. Is this average because I know that their RMA service is pretty bad to say the least but paying £15 to send my keyboard and realise Corsair are ignoring me... Has anyone had customer service THIS bad?
