Installed windows to SSD How can i remove everything from old hdd

Hello i have installed windows on ssd

I want to clean everything from my hdd but i cannot delete windows

Im a noob at this can someone help me

If the hard drive is plugged in as a secondary drive and you're booted from the SSD, open up My Computer, right click the HDD --Make sure you do NOT right click the SSD-- and click Format. Then click Format once again, and it should tell you you will lose all data on the device. Click OK and it should format your drive, removing everything.
