I have PC with I5 750 - Quad core 2,66 GHz
Amd Radeon 5670 - Dedicated memory : 512MB
2 x Ram corsair 1333MHz 2GB DRR3 (VS2GB1333D3)
I dont know name of my monitor but its EIZO 1920x1200, 60Hz
Im playing on lowest details, medium textures 1920x1200 (also tried with 1366x768)
My cores minimal temperature is 60 C, I dont know if it lags because of overheating or something else. My ram usage is 3GB of 4GB when I run watch dogs. Would Kingstone 3.0 16 GB readyboost help? Or I have to buy new RAM or GPU? Or it just Overheats?

Solution

I wouldn't mix and match the RAM. They should have the same timings.

You can use a PCI e 3.0 card in a PCI e 2.0 slot.

I would go for the gtx 970. You may have a small bottleneck but if you upgrade your CPU and motherboard later on then the 970 would be great.

You can still get...

Power Supply - Corsair VX 450
RAM - 2 x Corsair 1333MHz 2GB DRR3
Motherboard - H55M-UD2H (I guess its it)
CPU- Intel Core i5 750 2.67GHz
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 5670 (Dedicated memory is 512 MB)

By 60 C I meant temperature, 60 degrees Celsius

Just these Questions: What GPU do you suggest (So I wont have to change it for 4 years, or 2 if its cheap)?
Is my motherboard compatibile with other cards as Nvidia, ATI....And does it need to be
PCIE 2.0 x16 only(as I found here)?
And for RAM, can I keep 2x my old and buy another 2x of these (so I will have 4, because I have 4 slots)?

You can still get a 970 now, but if it is too much go for the 770.

R9 280/x is a good option too but require more power.
