How do I load the drivers after a hardware wipe?

I wiped my hard drive with DBAN and downloaded windows vista on my inspiron 1545. I don't have the cd for the driver download anymore and tried downloading them from the dell website from my usb. I'm pretty sure most of the drivers were downloaded properly but I can't get it to connect to wifi now.

Help please!!

Ok, you downloaded the drivers, did you try installing them? Did you get errors during installation?

I downloaded them and I did get an error message when trying to download one of the wifi drivers.
