Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help. I have two HDD's one is 160Gb the other is a 3TB Seagate with 1.5TB partitioned. I reinstalled windows on the 160GB were it was before and 1.5TB partition is now not showing up. It detects the drive and it is assigned letter E: just as before. Its in the bios and has drivers but the 1.5TB partition is not showing up in disk management either only the 1.1TB unpartitioned space.

Same as before only the unpartitioned part of the drive shows up.

Ok, now I see what's going on. Looks like the drive was initialized (AKA new partition table written) probably as MFT rather than GPT which is why it isn't showing the correct size either.

You can use testdisk to scan for and restore the partition tables if you want. Though I'd either clone the drive first or use some recovery software like R-studio to get the data back first.

I have run a quick and detailed scan using testdisk. It show no found partitions.
