Hi,There is no need of going in deep down of your System OS.Download iObit Driver Booster 2.1 or the Latest version,Make it into PRO (Get the Key from Youtube) and Install It.Now at the First start of it,It will scan for Missing,Damaged,Outdated and Corrupted Drivers and It will get Downloaded and Quietly Installed Automatically. This must fix your Problem. This is a Safer way to Deal with this Problem. Please inform me the Result after doing my Steps.Thanks.

Thanks bharathbigb! it's difficult to TYPE in anything (to the start menu etc as Abmario suggested) when usb and ps2 ports aren't functioning. In my case, even with all keyboard inputs removed from the PC Something is filling all typed input spaces [search box, documents and browser inputs] with random ----, ;;;;; .
I ran malewarebytes, clamwin and have bitdefender in place--they all see no virus.
remotely sending myself an email with clickable driver link seems to be my only option (I'm barely computer literate so mentally it's challenging) ...I just want to install an old ps/2 keyboard before further investigating the possibility of having a virus. thanks again.
