Somehow I have been infected with tiny wallet, all pages I visit, I am getting popups. Also hovering over links results in pop outs with deals. I have tried to uninstall it with malware bytes, superspyware remover, AVG free, trend micro free scan, norton which I own. Also tried Adaware anti virus, and a few more I can't remember.

I have also tried to uninstall the program, it disappears, and after rebooting it's not in add/remove programs but still causing issues, computer really slow. Tried also booting in safe mode and ran Norton and Kaspersky, They don't find anything wrong,
