Okay so you guys say i need a stronger CPU... any recomendations except the Intel Core 2 Quad (thanks NiCom) and would it be cool with my system? Also what's the price of that CPU?
Here's a pricelist for avaible Core 2 Quad's:
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/cpu/#m=21&s=15&sort=a8
Q6600, Q9300 and Q9400 should be the best at the price in this list, which CPUs you can use will depend on your motherboard, please check and post the name of the motherboard, then i will be able to make a recommendation.
One of my friends had a Core 2 Quad in his main pc, it could still keep up in games.
The CPU will cost you more than the faster AMD Athlon X4 760K, but you won't have to buy a new mobo (atleast $50) and new ram (~$36 for 4GB). And you won't have to reactivate windows (windows triggers a reactivation when you replace alot of components).
You'll have to spend way more to get a completely new setup.
Where i would max pair your current CPU with a GTX750, the core 2 quad should be good for something a little faster.
I would probably recommend putting in a R9 270, it will get the job done at High/1080p in many titles, and it will be a more balanced setup with the Core 2 Quad. The 7950 still seems a little bit over the top, even with the upgraded CPU.
BTW the HD7950, have also been rebranded as the R9 280.
