URGENT! Pulled cpu from socket now it wont stay.

ACcidentally pulled my cpu from the socket while installing anew cpu cooler, now the lever does not lock the cpu in place? Did I break it?

I fixed it, I pulled out my FX-8320 with the stock heatsink, and then tried putting it back in the wrong way. I finally realized what I was doing and corrected it. I guess it just startled me when I pulled out the chip along with the old heatsink. I now have my Cooler Master Evo 212 installed! :)
