Hey guys, File Explorer keeps crashing on me but I can't figure out what's causing it.
I already have the latest AMD graphics drivers for my computer.
But I checked the event viewer & I found an error that the faulty module path was
C:/Windows/System32/ntdl.dll, correct me if I spelled that wrong.
I appreciate you guys trying to help. :)
Thanks.

Oh, just in case here's my specs.
- HP 2000 Notebook PC
- 8GB Kingston DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
- 500GB Toshiba Hard Drive
- AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD 8400 graphics.

Solution
If your problem is that windows explorer crashes when you hover the cursor over a video file imported from an iPhone then the solution is to remove updates KB2995388 and KB2975719. Go to Control Panel -> view installed updates and then click remove for these updates.

Then switch automatic updates off to stop it re-installing.
Are you talking about file explorer or internet explorer? If file explorer it maybe something thats in the context menu thats causing it (when you right mouse on something).

If ccleaner is installed go to tools / startup / context menu. Disable everything here. Then tick each one see when it crashes

Have you installed any codecs?? Buggy codecs can also crash file explorer.
