Allright Firstly i upgraded from 7 to 8.1(both x64) so this is completely fresh start, and that is where this all started.

I have 2x asus gtx 770 with i5 4670k@4.0ghz OC.
Now i get very poor frames in games. Stuttering and low performance.

BF4 barely even starts. With afterburner it just dont at all, atuck at black starting screen with that flickering white line in top right corner. Shadowplay enabled is pretty much the same but it stuck in initializing. Without those i can start test range ok but i have worse performance that i had with only one gtx. I dont think hardware is thatt reason since all worked this morning with win7.

In nvidia control panel i have enabled sli and no other modifications.

Driver is 344.11

I am getting just about out of ideas what to do now.

E:i might just add that windows is in ssd and games in hdd.
mobo is gigabyte Z87x-d3h(which im not
entirely sure that i updated correctly since their update tool dont work in win8.1)
Corsair 750w psu
8gb g.skill ram
asus xonar dx
2x asus GTX770 2gb directCU II

Solution
if you overclock to much your numbers and performance will actually go down. There is a "sweet spot" when it comes to overclocking cpu's and gpu's. Just gotta find that sweet spot.

Not with win8.1
Didn't see any reason since they worked already. I had originally only one which was ok. Then i bought another one. All was good after first installation. I just begin to think that my overclocking might be that reason. I dont know exactly how to do it corretly since there are not OC for dummies. Web is full of tutorials but they have so much hebrew filled in so that core info is hidden in there somewhere.

Bridge is attached. Control panel shows tht it is on. Also in 3dmark i saw that both cards were almost in full throttle all the time, around 80c. But i am going to test what does it do with only one card and i'll get back to this. But first i'll sort out this clocking stuff. As i am a noob i might have done something horribly wrong also in there.

E: Yeah it was clocking issue, partly. Now it runs fine again but still without afterburner and shadowplay. Any thoughts on that one. I fixed it by using gigabytes easytune.
And weirdest thing is that i had much more worse points even tho my gameplay performance was increased by a lot. :/ http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8865454
