Should I install an aftermarket CPU fan?

I'm using case: Silencio 352 with 1 intake fan (front) and 2 exhaust (rear/top)
And I'm using Gigabyte GTX 970 / Core i5-4460 (stock fan)
No overclocking

My i5 is around 50-60c when gaming
My video card is around 70c when gaming

Here's the question:
Should I buy Cooler Master Hyper T4 and put its fan facing the video card to help pulling hot air up? Will it help cooling the Video card down?

And I still have 1 slot left for an intake fan in the front, but I don't think it's a must to install it?

Still I have no clue on these things, I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks you in advance

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I removed the panel marked as number 4 in the case (the one to put hdd/ssd in)

Solution
If it's anything like the Hyper 212 EVO (a more popular model), the fan can be positioned in push or pull configuration. (Unless your case or RAM is in the way). I'd want to do the following.

1. Add the case intake fan.
2. Put the Hyper 212 in horizontal, facing the rear, with a push fan on the side opposite of the rear exhaust fan.

The fan-side is used for blowing air through the heatsink, letting it face the rear fan like that will most likely "trying" to take back the hot air that the rear fan pulling out? I think there are only two ways of placing the CPU fan, facing the front or facing the bottom?
Even the picture from CM showing it

So it's adding both in the end :D

Still I have another question about another intake fan ( no mobo's fan header left)
I have 2 power headers left and they are ones with the "L" type, not the one with 4 straight pins(no clue how they call it LoL). Is there any other way to install the new fan using those "L type" power headers, I don't really want to add another power cable which is very long just to add another fan

Yeah, it's sata connector :D I googled it :)
I've decided to buy Cooler Master Hyper 103 for my CPU and 4 new Cougar Vortex case fans. I dont really want my video card to get that hot (someone only reached 65c with Gigabyte 970 - superOC to 1500+hmz)
