Windows 8.1 Have been having blue screen for over 4 months

Solution
I think you have something corrupting memory.

do the following:
update your BIOS from version 1.5 that you have installed to the 1.7 version on the website
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Pro3%20R2.0/?cat=Download&os=BIOS

boot your system and run memtest86 to confirm your BIOS memory settings are correct.

if the test works as expected with no errors boot windows and run the cmd.exe as an admin
then run the command
sfc.exe /scannow
if you get any error with sfc.exe run this command

DISM.EXE /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

if this does not return any errors. run verifier.exe and set debugging flags as listed here:

configure your system to do a kernel dump or full memory rather than a minidump and reboot and wait for the next bugcheck.

you might also want to run a malwarebytes scan, I could not verify your win32k.sys file in the debugger. This often indicates that it has been modified.
It is a commonly attacked by malware so do the malware scan. (just in case)

put the next bugcheck memory dmp on a server an let us know.
thanks
