Dual monitor streaming in-game lag.

So, I'm running dual monitors. I don't run Window Mode because of the added FPS drop/lag.

If I run Full screen I get the FPS/In-Game performance without the lag, but the problem is I can't see my second monitor due to running fullscreen.

I understand the difference between Full screen and window mode, but is there a way to use the second monitor while running full screen on your primary monitor. I can't see my twitch chat...

Full screen mode is when the game decides the resolution and the color and makes the monitor switch to this mode. Windowed Mode is when the game draws the resolution to match your desktop settings resolutions. Turn your desktop resolution down on both screen and try windowed mode. That's my best guess to help.

ONLY reason I have the second monitor was to be able to see my Stream chat, but unfortunately it comes at a price. The only way to see a picture on this second monitor where my stream chat is located while playing in game is to run window mode. Window Mode just absolutely kills the in-game performance.

If anyone has any suggestions on a way to see twitch chat while gaming etc without losing in-game performance let me know. Thanks.
