I've just recently put together a build with an FX-8320E, and after downloading AMD Overdrive to monitor CPU and GPU temps and the sort, I've notice that while the target speed is 3.2Ghz, most of the cores are running at 3.5Ghz, and sometimes 4.0Ghz. Is this something that should be normally happening or do I need to find a way to fix this?

3.2 s the base clock but the boost clock is 4.0GHz . No problem.
