I'm new to building computers so I wanted to ask if the motherboard can still run. One or two pins look bent. The cpu also may have evidence due to discoloration.
I admit I may have been a little harsh on the mobo so I won't RMA it since it was idiotic user error.
So my question is buy a new motherboard?

First symptoms of the problem were spinning cpu fans that would turn off and on every few seconds with no other component doing anything.
PSU passed the paperclip test.
