Hey there, kemper0821!

Unfortunately, internal drives rarely come with any SATA cables whatsoever. However, any compatible SATA or power cable can work with the HDD.
Western Digital internal hard drives don't come with any extra content in the package most of the time.
You can check those out yourself on WD's website: http://wdc.com/en/
If you open the page of the product you are interested in, in the 'Specifications' tab you will be able to see the 'Package Contents' of the products, if they have any. (This is most common for external drives or cloud storage solutions)

But as @Emerald already mentioned the needed power cables usually come with the PSU or if you need extra, you can turn to the online retailers again.

Hope this...

Thank you, this did help very much. I have another question. Are there specific screws the WD Green hard drive needs? I want to build my PC as soon as possible and would rather not wait for the company I bought the case from to ship the accessories package.

Hi again, kemper0821!

I wouldn't say that you need 'specific' screws. Just make sure they are not too long, because they might damage the circuit board components. The recommended screw torque is 5 in lb. The Maximum screw torque is 10 in lb. You can check these links from our knowledge base that will provide you with all the information you need.
