My PC had been running fine then when I went to play a game it randomly crashed and now whenever I try to startup my PC it flashes sometimes and my monitor goes into standby mode however it works fine on my tv, I had this problem before and I fixed it by just trying over and over again for a week. Any ideas?

If your PC works fine on your TV,that means there is a problem with the monitor,try connecting your computer to another monitor to see if it works.
