Is this a good one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Netgear-WNA3100-802.11n-draft-Wi-Fi-Adapter/14977232 My WiFi is about 20 to 30 feet away from my computer with walls and doors in between. Thanks in advance for your help

That one will be fine. That isn't too far, and you'll usually be limited by the power of the router before your adapter, so a cheap one is usually sufficient.
